Thermal imaging devices from the Hikmicro Falcon series can detect heat differences in the range of less than 20 millikelvin (<20 mK) - so far, a value of 35 mK for thermal imaging optics used for hunting was the measure of all things in terms of heat sensitivity of sensors and thus the image quality.

The HIKMICRO FALCON FH35 handheld monocular thermal imaging camera is equipped with a 384x288 px infrared detector (12 μm) and an OLED display (1024x768 px). It supports observation functions, hotspots, etc. The highly sensitive, built-in thermal detector (<20 mK) offers a clear view even in complete darkness. With a long detection range of 1800 m and a very large field of view of 13 m at 100 m and 132 m at 1000 m, more details can be captured. Image Pro, the image processing algorithm developed in-house by HIKMICRO, ensures maximum digital image optimization depending on the observation purpose and offers a high-quality display of both the target objects and the background.

The robust housing is made of magnesium and the lenses have a high-quality coating. The new, ergonomic cylindrical design and the matching design of the controls have been reworked for better handling and ease of use. The monocular is ideal for hunting, search and rescue, etc.
