This is a binoculars 10x60 Decimarit from E.Leitz, Wetzlar (Leica).

From 1937 till 1958 Leitz manufactured this porro prism I binoculars with 60mm objectives.

Field of view is 5.8 = 93m / 100m

The exit pupil is 6mm, it has a high twillight factor and a good view in the dawn.
